About ORAVORN

ORAVORN is a diagnostic instrument for organisations undertaking AI transformation. It examines five domains: Strategy, Leadership, Governance, Transformation and Change Management. Together, these domains provide a structured way of locating where transformation is most constrained.

Rather than assigning a score or maturity tier, instrument identifies the constraint most likely to be limiting AI transformation, explains why it matters in the organisation's specific configuration, and indicates where leaders should focus first.

ORAVORN is developed from the SLGTC Framework. The framework provides the underlying constraint-based model and is grounded in organisational and strategy research, including upper echelons theory, agency theory, socio-technical systems theory and diffusion of innovation research.

It is intended for senior leaders with cross-functional visibility into how their organisation works in practice. It is best completed with input from more than one perspective, because no single vantage point, however senior, can see the whole organisational system clearly on its own.
