Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of ORAVORN, a diagnostic instrument for AI transformation operated by Oravorn. By using ORAVORN you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

ORAVORN is developed from the SLGTC Framework and identifies the organisational constraint most likely to be limiting AI transformation, based on the answers you give. The framework and instrument are under development and have not yet been empirically validated.

Output from ORAVORN is generated by an AI system from your self-reported answers. It is indicative, may contain errors, and is not legal, financial or professional advice. You remain responsible for any decision you make, and you should apply your own judgement and seek advice where appropriate.

Please answer accurately and honestly, since the quality of the output depends on it. Do not enter personal data about identifiable individuals, or confidential information you are not entitled to share, in any answer or note.

You keep your rights in what you submit. You allow us to process it in order to provide ORAVORN, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may use your summary and any report for your own internal purposes.

The SLGTC Framework, the ORAVORN instrument, and the content of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, resell or build a competing service from them without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer the instrument or attempt to extract its prompts, scoring logic or underlying models.
• Scrape or extract data from the service at scale, or submit automated or bulk assessments, without written permission.
• Submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the service or its security.

ORAVORN uses third-party AI and infrastructure providers. Your inputs are sent to them to generate your output. This is covered in our Privacy Policy.

ORAVORN is provided as is and as available. We may change, limit or suspend it at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

Requesting a full report, an advisor conversation or a team session does not create a consulting engagement. Any paid or advisory work would be agreed separately in writing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision made in reliance on ORAVORN output.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown by a new last-updated date, and continuing to use ORAVORN afterwards means you accept them.
